Hi!  My name is Nelson Velazquez – founder of Improductions, LLC – a company founded to help push do-it-yourself productions in the Chicagoland area.  I put this company together as a place where people who produce their own theatre productions to find skills and resources to help make their dreams a reality.  Whether it’s team management, audio/video production, theatrical instruction, or graphic art production, we have the ability to help anyone seeking expertise and experience in putting the best production possible forward.

I’ve been active in the DIY scene of Chicago for over 12 years.  I’ve been producing shows since 2006 and am still going strong in producing everything from improv to stand-up to sketch to music concerts to facilitating small weddings.   I really feel that YOUR VOICE needs to be heard through your art and that’s what I’m around to help you do.
